•Company Size: This is a small company managed directly by the owners with part time office personnel and two full time superintendents. Consequently, we perform only one or two projects at any given time. Project values range from $25,000 to $250,000.

•Project types: We have a great deal of experience with national role outs of retail stores and moderate experience with medical and business office build outs.

•Experience: Your key contact will be the manager/owner, Bart Millar, who holds a Masters degree in Architecture from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture) and has worked successfully as a project manager, superintendent, contractor, and building designer, for over 20 years.

•Area: We cover the California Central Coast, between Thousand Oaks and Santa Maria, and occasionally Los Angeles.
